-You should take a nap, David. – Aldor says. – I can see you are tired after meeting that lady, Katrina, she is not an easy person to play with.

-Okay, Father. – David replies. – I will let you know if I have any news about Joanna and Katrina. I have asked some inspectors to investigate about that lady.

-You should ask more of them to follow Kelvin and Mercides, also. They are important people in our plan, too. However, you must be careful, Mercides broke my plan once, she can do another. That woman has always been following us.

-I know, Father. I will go first.

After talking with Aldor, David returns to his room, but he just closes the door for his father to see. He waits for Aldor’s footsteps and lightly opens the door to follow his father. Aldor leaves the reading room, where he has just talked with David, and goes to another room. David carefully follows him, Aldor opens the mysterious room, which he always warns his son not to open in all situations, and gets in. David runs to the room and opens the door a bit but his father is nowhere to be found, just the same with many other chances he followed him.

About Aldor, he opens the door of the mysterious room and goes inside. He looks at a strange picture for some seconds and touches it, a dark cloud of smoke comes from inside of the picture and covers his body, then he disappears into the picture, right before David opens the door.

On Katrina’s car, Joanna feels weird when knowing that Katrina is Kelvin’s relative sister. She thinks that the world is too small and somehow, she and Kelvin has destiny together. Their mothers used to be best friends, and now, her elder researcher is Kelvin’s sister.

-Joanna. – Katrina breaks the silence. – Do you want to eat something?

-Oh, nope, my mother always prepares dinner for me and my younger sister. – Joanna replies.

-That is why you always missed your mother’s dishes when you studied in England, right?

-Yup, but for now, I have more dishes to miss every day.

-Kelvin’s? – Katrina wonders. – I also admire him much in his cooking ability.

-As I remember, you also said you missed someone’s dishes when we met. Was that about Kelvin?

-Of course, he is the outstanding one in my relatives. However, you know, not lucky in love stories.

-Wow, he never tells me about his love journey, and I also did not want to remind him about the past.

-He has no love in past. – Katrina laughs.

-What? – Joanna surprises. – How can it be?

-Very surprisingly, right? A handsome guy, with cooking talent, and a stable career, has not had a true love for many years.

-Well, I have never thought about that could happen.

-Yup, Joanna, you are his first love. – Katrina touches her shoulder. – I met him yesterday, and I have not seen his eyes with sparkles when talking about you, no scene liked that in the past.

-Unluckily, he is not my first love.

-I know, he knows, but he could change your heart, the thing I had not thought any guy could do, except Jason. Besides, no news about Jason?

-He just… disappeared like a wind. Never come back, however, his presence in my life is not important anymore. – Joanna says with a sad voice.

-Really? You can really give him up?

-Actually, I have no idea, I just want to have a peaceful life with Kelvin, who brought light to my life once again. Others are not my priority anymore.

-I am happy to hear that.

-Oh, this is the road leading to my home. – Joanna points.

-Okay. – Katrina turns her car to the road.

-Do you want to have dinner with my family?

-Well, I am waiting for that invitation. – Katrina smiles.

Joanna and Katrina get out of the car, she leads Katrina into her house. Jennifer is cooking in the kitchen.

-Mom, I am home! – Joanna walks to the kitchen.

-Okay, take a little nap while waiting for Jessie. – Jennifer says.

-This is my friend, Katrina. – Joanna introduces.

-Katrina? Is she the researcher who worked with you in England? – Jennifer wonders.

-Yup, that is me. – Katrina smiles. – Nice to meet you, Miss Jennifer.

-Oh, thank you a lot for helping my little Joanna in England. – Jennifer cleans her hands to shake Katrina’s.

-She will have dinner with us today, okay, Mom? – Joanna says.

-Of course, welcome, wait for me for some minutes, I am finishing the meals. – Jennifer smiles. – Joanna, lead her to your room to wash hands and face, taking a nap, too.

-Okay, mom. – Joanna leads Katrina to the stairs.

-Your mother is so beautiful at her age, Joanna. – Katrina whispers.

-Of course, my mother used to win a beauty contest. – Joanna smiles. – Follow me, do you have works to do tonight? Do you want to stay here with me a night?

-It is okay but I do not have extra clothes. – Katrina says.
