Later, Kelvin says goodbye to Jennifer and Jessie. Joanna walks with him to the entrance of her house, she closes the door behind her.

-What is next? – Kelvin asks.

-For what? – She wonders. – For our relationship?

-Yup. It seems that I have passed the hardest round.

-So should I reward you something? – She whispers.

-What kind of reward…

She walks closer and kisses on his cheek before he can finish his sentence. The helmet he is holding on his hands falls down on the ground at the moment her lips touching his cheek. His eyes open wide with full of surprise. His body seems to not have any movement.

-Kelvin, are you okay? – Joanna shakes him.

-Oh, it suddenly makes me so…

-Well, goodnight! – She says and runs into her house.

He smiles to himself again, he does not know he has smiled himself many times because of this interesting lady. She makes his life become more colorful and meaningful. Maybe she has taught him how to love someone in the right way.

A week later, Mercedes comes back from her business trip to another city. Kelvin tells her about his visit to Joanna’s house. She feels very blessed because of his changes since he met Joanna.

-Do you realize that you have been changing much?

-I do not see anything different about myself. – Kelvin replies.

-You smile more often, your eyes are full of sparkles when talking about her. You attend more voluntary activities, although you loved that in the previous period.

-I see that is normal, just something relating to Joanna. – He smiles.

-Yup, but the best thing is, as I feel, you are looking at the bright side of your life. Not be a negative person like you used to. Another, you spend more time in the house with me and take care more about your health, your look, and your safety.

-Of course, I must care because I do not want you and Joanna to be worried about me.

-So I want to meet Joanna more often, and I think I should meet her mother, too.

-Meet her mother? Do you think it is too early?

-Nope, Kelvin, you are 30 now, I should help you to push the progress and hope you have a happy family soon. I am older day by day.

-Mother, you are still young and very beautiful. – He hugs her.

Some days later, Kelvin is waiting for Joanna in front of the school. David drives his sport car to his place and presses the bell.

-Hey, man, can we talk? – David calls Kelvin.

They get into a cafeteria near the school.

-What do you want to talk about? – Kelvin asks.

-Of course, about Joanna. – David takes a drink of coffee.

-I think you know her decision. I did not force her to choose me.

-I know that. However, I want to warn you, you cannot make her tear fall down. If you do that, I will make you pay a hard price.

-How can I do that? I love her more than anything in this world.

-Sure? Every man says that and breaks their words very early later.

-It is not my style. I understand that you want the best for Joanna, and I promise you I will live the happiest life ever.

-You should keep your words well. I only want another thing, please let Joanna be with me for a whole day, before I step back to see her happiness.

-Well, it is up to her, I cannot decide for things in her life.

-I understand, I just want to inform you to ignore that you will interrupt my day.

-Okay, I should leave, Joanna is finishing her class.

Kelvin stands up and goes to take his motorbike.

-I also promise you one thing, you will regret what you have promised me today. Happy life with her, you will get but not so long as you want, Kelvin.

-Joanna! – Kelvin stops his motorbike in front of her.

-You have just gone somewhere? – She wonders.

-Just meet a friend! – He replies. – Get onto.

He gives her the helmet and she gets onto his motorbike. He rides to a mall.

-What are we going to do here? – Joanna surprises.
